What You'll Get

Join hundreds of other students who have reduced pain, discovered healthy movement and become part of an ‘Ohana with shared values.

In our studio you’ll find many styles of yoga, barre and aerial classes, along with bodywork and nutrition guidance for full-body wellness.  All classes are multi-level and are accessible to beginners (more than half of our students are new to yoga or exercise!), so you’ll always feel like you belong.

Aerial Yoga

Use the aerial hammock to assist you into classic and creative yoga postures

Katonah Yoga

A creative style of yoga that uses angles and measurements to find your way into each pose. We’re the only studio on Oahu to offer this unique style of yoga!

Restorative Yoga

A slow-paced class using props to support your entire body into a relaxed state.

Restorative Aerial

A slow-paced, relaxing class using the low aerial hammock as a prop.

Hatha yoga

A gentle style of yoga that focuses on form and alignment in both seated and standing postures

We are so excited to be among the first studios to be endorsed by the Barre Fitness Alliance for holding true to the Lotte Berk barre teaching methodology. 

We join other studios like The Dailey Method, Physique 57 and exhale Spa in this honor.
